Over 20 years ago, I realized that training alone would not be enough to separate elite athletes from the average. What I learned in college about muscle physiology, kinesiology, and energy utilization was only truly beneficial to those who were intrinsically driven, willing to make significant sacrifices over an extended period, and committed to maintaining a high level of health and recovery.

Since then, I have been on a mission to continually evolve my program and deepen my knowledge. My goal is to equip my athletes with the best physical, mental, and emotional tools necessary to reach the highest levels of their sport. After playing hockey throughout my childhood and running track and cross-country in college, I found my calling as a professional strongman, competing in the America's Strongest Man competition seven times. This experience reinforced my belief that elite-level training is a lifelong pursuit.

In addition to owning my athlete development and consulting business, I also have several real estate and residential redevelopment ventures. I've found that training as an elite athlete provides a significant advantage in the ordinary world. The "anything you do is everything you do" philosophy I teach my clients emphasizes being the hardest worker, the one willing to grind harder and longer, and the most prepared person in the room. Excelling in areas like grades, nutrition, sleep, mobility, and preparation are all elite behaviors that will help athletes thrive not only in their sport, but in all aspects of life.

My comprehensive approach goes beyond just physical training. I'm committed to equipping my athletes with the mental and emotional fortitude required to perform at the highest levels. By addressing the whole person - mind, body, and spirit - I empower my clients to unleash their full potential and achieve unprecedented success.
